You always hear of those musicians that "you've just gotta see live".

Well, Peter Himmelman is fully in that category. Live, he is intense, incredibly funny, an incredible guitar player, tender, nuts, and an improvisational fool! He is one of those guys that can make up songs on the spot about whatever strikes his fancy. Not too long ago, we saw him (for the 4th time) at a local venue and he did not disappoint, making up 3 or 4 songs, a few of them dedicated to "The Mustache Man" and his girlfriend, who put on a little dance show of their own.

Besides his usual great output, he now has started making "children's" albums, though they are for anyone to enjoy. His warm up was a local woman and band by the name of Eve Selis, one helluva voice I'll tellya. If you like Joan Osborne and Lone Justice/Maria McKee, check her out!
