Ah, geez, what can you say about the ol' Loudo? Trapped by early success of the novely hit, "Dead Skunk in the Middle of the Road," he never has quite equaled the (financial) success of that song, though there have been over a hundred great songs written since then. The guy is great live, too, sorta like Peter Himmelman, but not quite so over the top (and usually much more acoustic). We just saw him recently and he is still really entertaining.

Check out "Therapy," "History," and the great live one, "Career Moves".

And what genes! Rufus Wainwright, his son, came out with an incredible debut album (self-titled) that speaks of much potential! The three that followed have delivered on that promise. And it doesn't stop there, with Rufus' sister Martha also seeming like she has lots of talent as well.

You'll see to the right a painting I did for Loudon not too long ago(I asked him at the aforementioned date how his sister liked the painting, which he gave to her as a gift....she loved it!) and some sites follow for Loudon, Rufus and Martha.
