Tryptich (Sandman 1)

Long ago and far away (actually here in San Diego at the comic convention in '91 I think) I did my first Sandman painting (copyright Neil Gaiman, Mike Dringenberg and Sam Keith). This was for the art auction, where all the proceeds go to charity. Though it is somewhat daunting to paint in front of an audience, the piece turned out pretty darn good, and I've done one at every San Diego Comicon since.
